10776 – Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Lead
Location – Fountain Valley, CA

Purpose:
Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA), a complete automotive IT services provider of The Hyundai Motor Group and its affiliates, is seeking a Technical Recruiter/ Sourcing Lead to join the team. Under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will have the opportunity to be the company's ambassador for
candidates at all levels of experience (from internship to senior leadership), improve the candidate experience, partner with HAEA's leadership team at all levels to attract the best talent, and collaborate directly with the recruiting team, as well as cross functionally across HAEA's organization .

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for the company's open positions consisting of advertising the position, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and ensuring that the best qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers.
  • Identify, align, and execute talent acquisition strategies that drive best practices in sourcing and recruiting for both fast-paced manufacturing environment and corporate environment.
  • Actively source candidates through multiple channels such as, but not limited to, applicant tracking system, company referrals, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Proactively source and connect with passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Lead sourcing activities by supporting senior recruiters and identifying talent within existing ATS for further evaluation. 
  • Partner closely with assigned hiring managers to navigate recruiting priorities, status updates, talent strategy, candidate presentation, and workforce planning for both net new and backfill positions.
  • Maintain data integrity in the company ATS and utilize data to evaluate progress towards quarterly goals, enhancing recruiting process, and providing reports to stakeholders as needed.
  • Act as the appointed primary contact for assigned external partners as necessary for recruiting needs such as, but not limited to, Immigration Counsel, 3rd party staffing for direct placements, University Relations, and Networking Events.
  • Plan and carry out on-campus recruiting events for future HAEA's summer internships.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiting team to support key recruiting projects.

Requirements:

 
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, with an emphasis on recruiting for technical and engineering roles at all levels such as, but not limited to, Software Engineering, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, Engineering Leadership, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, IT, and Security.
  • Fluency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as JazzHR, ADP, Lever, Workday, or Greenhouse preferred.
  • Knowledge of initially assessing technical talent within the automotive industry highly preferred.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to stay highly organized and multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail required.
  • Experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising leaders on talent/hiring required.
  • Passion for advancing the workforce, particularly as it relates to diversity, equity and inclusion of the organizations, partners, and all stakeholders.
  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with growing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
Pay Rate Range  - $69,390 - $99,220
