What You'll Do:

T he Apparel Graphic + Print/Pattern Designer will support and execute the creative vision and direction related to print and graphics on softgoods across the team.

 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for executing and supporting creative vision and direction related to print and graphics on softgoods
  • Responsible for managing and executing graphics on softgoods – inclusive of placement, technique and spec detail pages for designer execution
  • Is a team player, able to work closely with multiple teams on a variety of projects across the department
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining new art as well as reproduce and placing existing art
  • Responsible for graphics, all over print and branding components for apparel and softgoods packaging
  • Responsible for managing and hitting all deadlines and communicating any issues
  • Cross-functional involvement in fittings where applicable for placement and scale, reviewing color and strike-offs, communicating approvals
  • Able to communicate clear ideas and know who the customer is through research and shopping.
  • Organized with time management and attention to detail
  • Must be able to analyze market trends and apply to specific categories
  • Able to function in a fast-paced work environment that is growing and evolving rapidly.
What We're Looking For :

This role requires a design focused degree and 5+ years of apparel design experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 

Other qualifications include:

  • Must have excellent communication, research and organizational skills
  • Proficient on Mac platform
  • Must be able to work proficiently in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of apparel design and how print/pattern is applied and used
  • Must have a strong understanding of print techniques, execution and feasibility of application
  • Must have strong presentation skills
  • Must have examples of work and portfolio to be considered
  • Will report to Design Manager

 

What We’ll Provide

 

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
