You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, driving innovation and excellence in creative execution. POSITION SUMMARY WHAT YOU DO As an Art Director within Warner Bros. Gaming division, you lead the creative vision and execution for marketing campaigns, user acquisition efforts, and social media initiatives. You collaborate closely with designers, motion artists, editors, and cross-functional teams to develop high-impact creative assets that align with the brand's identity and business objectives. You set the creative tone, establish design standards, and provide mentorship to ensure the highest level of quality and innovation in all creative output. This role reports to the Creative Director. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU BRING - Develop and drive the creative direction for digital, social, print, and motion graphics projects. - Lead and inspire a team of designers, motion artists, providing clear creative guidance and feedback. - Collaborate with marketing, user acquisition, and social media teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns. - Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all creative assets. - Review and refine creative work, balancing strategic objectives with innovative execution. - Work closely with Project Managers to align creative production with project timelines and deliverables. - Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative output. - Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the vision and rationale behind design decisions. - Oversee asset creation and adaptation for different formats, including digital advertising, social media content, key art, motion graphics, and promotional materials. - Guide and mentor junior designers and creative teams, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration Skills Visual design, motion design, motion graphics, Art director, Adobe creative suite, Design, Graphic design, Photoshop, marketing, advertising, Ux design, Ux, Ui, Ui design Top Skills Details Visual design,motion design,motion graphics,Art director,Adobe creative suite,Design,Graphic design,Photoshop,marketing,advertising Additional Skills & Qualifications SOFT SKILLS - Leadership and team-building abilities. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives. - Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills. - Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment. - Ability to mentor and inspire team members, fostering professional growth. - Adaptability to shifting timelines and priorities. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $86.54/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
