Job Title: Assembler I
Location: Salt Lake, UT
Starting Salary: $18.00/hour



Schedule:

• 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off)
• Work Hours: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Alternating weeks: 36 hours one week, 44 hours the next

Job Summary:
The Assembler has the primary responsibility to assemble products per work instructions. This is an entry-level position with training and support provided to ensure successful assembly of the product.

Core Responsibilities:

• Read and verify work instructions match the assignment.
• Learn new work instructions as required.
• Collect required materials from bins and set up workstations accordingly.
• Assemble parts and inspect own work based on instructions.
• Complete all required training in a timely manner.
• Assist other manufacturing staff and management with duties and special projects.
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and understand written device/work instructions and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Visual requirements: close vision, color vision, depth perception.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide with 10s and 100s; able to apply measurements (weight, volume, distance).
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• IPC soldering certification preferred; soldering skills required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
