About the Role
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our members by providing exceptional customer service, sales, and retention assistance for a variety of personal insurance products. Whether helping members with their policies, answering questions, or offering coverage solutions, your work will contribute to their financial security and peace of mind.

What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications to assist members with their insurance needs.
Provide guidance on quotes, policy changes, billing, payments, and coverage options.
Offer tailored solutions by understanding and evaluating each member's needs.
Maintain a professional and engaging interaction across multiple channels.
Navigate multiple business applications efficiently in a contact center environment.
Obtain and maintain the required Property & Casualty insurance license, with full support and training provided.
Follow compliance and risk management policies to ensure accuracy and security.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with members.
Ability to multitask and prioritize while navigating multiple business systems.
A customer-first mindset and a desire to provide the best possible service.
What Sets You Apart:
At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a needs-based environment.
Six months or more of experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, or face-to-face.
Experience in a military or military spouse/domestic partner role (preferred but not required).
Training & Work Schedule:
Fully paid, six-month comprehensive training program with all necessary materials, hands-on learning, and guidance to set you up for success.
Licensing support: We provide all study materials and cover up to three licensing exam attempts.
After the initial training period, you can enjoy a hybrid work model (working from home two days a week).
Various schedules available between 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, with two consecutive days off.
Shift differential pay of 15% for hours worked after 6:00 PM EST and on weekends.
Training classes begin each month, so you can start your new career soon!
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $45,010 - $46,010 per year (final salary based on experience and location).
