Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with entry-level application administration. You'll be working closely with a development team as they migrate organizations, users, and other components to a new application. While some tasks will be automated, there's a need for additional hands-on support to build the remaining organizations and users. This is a great chance to gain experience and contribute to an exciting project!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, with a focus on migrating organizations and users.
Provide basic application support to internal teams and assist with setup and user credentials.
Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to ensure smooth transitions to the new system.
Work within scheduled shifts (8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST).

Top Skills & Qualifications:

Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute, accurate and fast).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish fluency is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous helpdesk or customer service experience is a plus.
Must have reliable internet access.

Fully remote with flexible shift options to support various time zones.

Additional Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of a 3-minute typing assessment.
