Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause and Corrective action implementation
  • Skills in process documentation, PPV, FAI ,PFMEA
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and team members at all levels

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9145
  • Prior experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environment
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
