Job Responsibilities

1. About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on property upkeep and improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lock changes and new lock installations

 

Landscaping and yard maintenance

 

Lawn mowing and trimming

 

Parking lot sweeping and upkeep

 

General handyman services as needed

 

Requirements:

 

Previous handyman or maintenance experience

 

Reliable transportation and basic tools

 

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

 

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

 

Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor

 

Compensation:

 

Competitive hourly or per-project pay (based on experience and scope)
