Role Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong benefits administration expertise to join our People team. In this role, you'll manage our comprehensive benefits programs, handle leave administration end-to-end, and support various HR initiatives that contribute to employee well-being and retention. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization by ensuring our employees have the support they need while helping to scale our HR operations in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead the administration and optimization of our employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement offerings
Manage all aspects of employee leaves (FMLA, disability, parental, medical, etc.) from intake to return-to-work processes
Support all People programs and initiatives across the employee lifecycle
Execute and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions, enrollment, and utilization
Drive open enrollment processes and ensure clear, effective communication of benefits to employees
Evaluate and recommend new benefit initiatives that align with company culture and employee needs
Partner with the People team to support HR initiatives including employee relations and HR compliance
Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and prepare reports related to benefits utilization and leave management
Monitor compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ERISA, ADA, and ACA
Assist with HR policies and procedures development and implementation
Collaborate with Recruiting to support the new hire process and communicate benefits information to candidates
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in HR with specialized expertise in benefits administration and leave management
Experience managing full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes
Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to various HR programs and initiatives
In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
Proven experience managing complex leave programs and accommodations processes
Working knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA)
Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with employees at all levels
Experience in tech or healthcare environments preferred
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) a plus

$110K – $130K • Offers Equity
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as On Target Earnings (“OTE” = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of and governed by sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles may also be eligible for additional compensation. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
All regular exempt full-time employees are also eligible for stock options, and Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with generous premium contributions for both employees and their families, the option of a Health Savings Account with Employer Match, Company paid disability and life insurance with the opportunity to add additional coverage for you and your family.
