What You'll Do

  • Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
  • Completes special projects as assigned by their manager, to include analysis and change continuous improvement recommendations as requested
  • Participates in team meetings and activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Assist Human Resources with reports, presentations, data entry, events, filing, employee announcements and displays throughout the office
  • Assists with the implementation of human resources procedures and processes May answer and direct calls, greet team members, and responds to team member inquiries and requests for information
  • Work closely with Human Resources to develop and retain key employees

What You'll Need

  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment required
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail required
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • High sense of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and work effectively among a diverse group of people
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to present to senior leaders
  • Must meet CMC attendance standards
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Currently pursuing a degree is Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university
