Salary and Compensation
We are paid by our effort and not the hour with a commission-based position. The average first-year commissions range between $65,000 - $95,000. This structure eliminates the glass ceiling and gives each agent the opportunity to take control of their income.

Position Overview
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow! You will work diligently to provide financial security for families when they need it the most.
