Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment and execute protocols for testing prototype samples.
• Conduct measurements, record results, and note observations accurately.
• Assist in determining causes of failures during testing.
• Create and maintain lab documentation in compliance with GMP.
• Support prototype assembly and general lab maintenance.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 4 years of laboratory experience with a high school diploma
  OR 1 year of lab experience with an AS degree
  OR BS degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience following established procedures and GMP standards.
• Ability to set up and operate laboratory testing equipment.

Skills & Certifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Time management and organizational ability.
• Ability to follow diagrams and analyze/evaluate charts.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel preferred.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma + 4 years technical/lab experience, or
• Associate degree (AS) + 1 year lab experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a scientific/technical discipline.
