Skills:
Mandatory:
Java, ODM or experience in Rules Engine
Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate, Microservices
Good to Have:
Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Jenkins, GIT, Jira
Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of U.S. Healthcare, especially in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), clinicals (medications, orders, labs, etc.)
Experience working in Agile methodology
Excellent communication skills (including fluency in English), strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Capable of planning and tracking tasks/activities
Provide technical leadership and mentoring
Strong team player with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Experience working with multi-location and offshore teams
Educational Qualifications:
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
