Medical Device Finishing Technician
Location: Ventura, CA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $18-20 hourly
Contract: 12 months
Job Summary
As a Surface Finishing Operator for implant products, the candidate is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient completion of surface finishing processes to achieve specified product quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines, while performing routine, manual tasks specific to implant surface finishing. The role requires basic technical knowledge, typically acquired through specialized training or education, and the ability to make simple judgments in straightforward situations by selecting between established solutions. Strong attention to detail, adherence to instructions, and commitment to high-quality outcomes are essential. Suitability for this role is not dependent on prior work experience; candidates must, however, exhibit a willingness to learn, follow standardized protocols, and consistently deliver precise results within a regulated environment.
