Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Worksite Location: Sartell, MN

What you’ll do as the Medical Payment Poster Specialist:

Provide professional and exceptional customer service to all
Work with co-workers and managers to ensure a pleasant work environment and to promote teamwork
Protect the privacy and confidentiality of clients and company
Monitor each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount as per fee schedule
Work closely with the Billing Team Supervisor to improve workflow
Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the Medical Payment Poster Specialist role:

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of post-secondary education in a Medical or Business-related field is preferred
Prior medical billing or accounting experience required
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of EOBs and experience with EFTs, lockbox, and manual payments as well as insurance forward balance and recoupment
Ability to work independently, balance daily deposits, and adhere to deadlines
