Job Description
Organizational Change Manager needs 10 years exp, insurance industry
Organizational Change Manager requires:
oChange management and organizational development, Insurance Industry, Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
oInsurance industry experience
oExperience in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies.
oCertification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
oBachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
oProven experience in change management and organizational development
oStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Organizational Change Manager duties:
oChange Strategy Development: Design and implement change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
oStakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the change process.
oCommunication Planning: Develop and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees about changes, ensuring clarity and transparency
oChange Readiness: Assess organizational change readiness. Develop strategies to address and mitigate concerns or resistance

Salary: $ 65.00 Per Hour
