REQUIREMENTS
Seeking candidates with an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in Chemistry. Applicants must have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates with full-time experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the areas of small molecules, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceuticals, synthetic methods, polymer science and drug discovery will be considered. A successful candidate who is not registered with the USPTO will be expected to take and to pass the patent exam within a year of being hired. Candidates are encouraged to review the USPTO eligibility criteria prior to applying.
