*Immediate Starts available for qualified R&D Medical Device Assemblers. **Position Title:** R&D Medical Device Assembler **Hourly Pay Rate:** $32-$35 (dependent upon experience) Comprehensive Benefits Package **1st Shift:** 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday **Location:** Irvine, CA **Position Overview:** In this role, you will support the development of next-generation medical technologies by assembling intricate components used in diagnostic and therapeutic catheter systems. This hands-on position is critical to the prototyping and validation phases of product development and requires a high degree of precision, dexterity, and focus. **Responsibilities:** · Perform complex, small-part assembly operations under a microscope following engineering drawings, process documentation, and verbal instructions. · Solder fine wires and micro-components with consistent quality and accuracy using hand tools and soldering equipment. · Assemble and bond delicate catheter components, including microelectronic and mechanical parts, under controlled conditions. · Conduct in-process inspections and provide feedback to engineering and quality teams to improve designs and processes. · Maintain meticulous documentation of assembly processes, observations, and any deviations from standard procedures. · Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to iterate and refine prototype builds. · Perform other duties as assigned.
