✨ What You’ll Do

• 🔍 Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple departments

• 📩 Coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, and maintain a smooth candidate experience

• 🛠️ Help manage and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)

• 🧩 Support onboarding and orientation efforts for new hires

• 💬 Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and timelines

• 📊 Track metrics and provide insights on recruitment progress and bottlenecks

• 🧠 Stay in tune with cannabis industry hiring trends and compliance guidelines

🧠 What You Bring

• 📆 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (retail or cannabis experience is a huge plus!)

• 💻 Familiarity with social media recruiting, job boards, and ATS platforms

• 🗣️ Strong communication and time management skills

• 🧩 Detail-oriented with a love for organizing and improving processes

• 🧡 A people-first mindset and passion for cannabis culture and compliance
