This is a remote position. Schedule:

  • Flexible hours across any time zone, 40 hours per week
  • Client time zone: New York, USA (Eastern time)
  • Initial scope of 3 months and will be determned after if on going role based on performance

Job Description:

Step into an exciting role where you’ll become a healthcare industry research specialist, working with cutting-edge data to map the complex landscape of medical organizations. You’ll be the detective behind comprehensive healthcare databases, identifying and categorising everything from individual medical practices to major hospital systems. This position offers the perfect blend of analytical thinking and systematic data management, allowing you to work independently while contributing to meaningful business development efforts that ultimately support better healthcare delivery. Your research will directly impact how medical organizations connect and collaborate, making you an integral part of the healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and categorise medical industry websites and domains across multiple healthcare sectors
  • Systematically classify organizations into specific categories including providers, billing companies, revenue cycle management firms, hospitals, health plans, laboratories, and legal services
  • Extract and compile comprehensive contact information including business addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
  • Maintain high-quality data standards while efficiently processing large datasets in Google Sheets
  • Apply quality control measures by identifying and appropriately handling duplicate entries and data inconsistencies
  • Manage sensitive healthcare industry information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
  • Work independently to meet project milestones while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • English communication skills for clear reporting and professional correspondence
  • Proven experience in data entry, research tasks, and database management
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and standard computer applications
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional understanding of confidentiality requirements and willingness to execute NDAs
