Position Summary:
FINN Partners’ Honolulu office is looking for a Research Associate to help support the development and execution of qualitative and quantitative research programs to uncover strategic business insights for clients in a wide variety of industries. The Research Associate will work in a demanding and fast paced environment that requires flexibility, quick thinking, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and entrepreneurial drive.
As a Research Associate, you will support all phases of qualitative and quantitative market research projects (from helping with proposals to developing final presentations) to ensure projects accomplish research objectives within the appropriate timelines/budgets.
To be considered for this role you will need to be located in Honolulu. You will be expected to be in the office at least 2 days a week and may occasionally be required to work during evenings and weekends, as well as overnight travel.
Additionally, you will be tasked with:
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and willingness to provide administrative support when needed. Additionally, the Research Associate will bring a demonstrated knowledge (or acute curiosity) of Hawaii’s culture and its impact on business, understanding the role of communications in marketing and public relations, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Compensation Range: $45,000 – $55,000 commiserate with experience.
