Job Description

Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school, or university.
2. Strong Assessment & Care Planning skills.
3. 2-3 years of previous MDS experience.
4. Understand state, federal, and local regulations in relation to long-term care and skilled nursing requirements.
