Job Description

Analytica is seeking an RPA Automation Engineer to support one or more dynamic, long-term federal government enterprise data programs for the Defense Health Agency. This role will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to identify RPA automation opportunities (UI Path and/or PowerAutomate) to build scalable and secure RPA solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.  The ideal candidate will be onsite at San Antonio, TX, with remote work options as approved.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to): ​ 

  • Work with government federal health client senior leadership and other stakeholders to support and mature a Robotic Process Automation center of excellence 
  • Develop UI Path RPA client solutions focusing on scalability and extensibility 
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard. 
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs. 
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed bots to ensure continued performance and accuracy. 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications, test cases, and user guides. 
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for automated processes. 
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA solutions and capabilities. 
  • Contribute to the development of RPA governance frameworks and best practices. 
  • Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute project plans for implementation projects Work with the RPA Architect and Operations team to execute deployment plans 

Required Qualifications: ​ 

  • Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science or a related field. 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying RPA solutions using tools 
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and automation best practices. 
  • 1+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automations, ideally with UI Path and/or Power Automate 
  • Demonstrated expertise with multiple full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation. 
  • UiPath Developer certification, desired; related or equivalent certifications acceptable 
  • US Citizen with the ability to hold a Secret Clearance or greater 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and either hold or be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance or higher. ​
