CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Consultant - IMS & DB2 CDC Replication (InfoSphere) opening for our client. **Location: Remote** **Duration: 2 months** **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly experienced consultant with a strong background in **IMS and DB2 Change Data Capture (CDC)** replication using **InfoSphere** . This role requires deep technical expertise and hands-on experience to support and optimize our CDC environment, with a particular focus on IMS replication. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and support a project related to **IMS and DB2 CDC replication** using **IBM InfoSphere Data Replication tools** + Design, implement, and troubleshoot replication solutions involving **IMS CDC** + Collaborate with internal teams to align replication strategies with business requirements + Ensure data integrity and performance optimization in CDC processes + Provide technical guidance and mentoring as needed **Required Qualifications:** + **10+ years** of overall experience in data integration and replication + Extensive hands-on experience with **InfoSphere Data Replication** , especially involving **IMS CDC** + Proven ability to manage end-to-end CDC setups, configurations, and performance tuning + Solid understanding of **DB2 CDC** (experience is expected, but IMS CDC is prioritized) + Strong problem-solving and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Candidates with **IMS CDC** experience will be **strongly preferred** + Experience in enterprise data environments with both IMS and DB2 systems Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
